Pigeon is an International restaurant in Mexico City (Roma Norte), $$$; currently temporarily closed.
Art Deco bistro in La Casa de las Brujas-Meroma's chefs, Michelin Guide recommended, and Roma Norte's corner gem. Pigeon is the casual neighbourhood bistro from Chefs Mercedes Bernal and Rodney Cusic (the team behind Meroma), set inside La Casa de las Brujas on Plaza Río de Janeiro in Roma Norte. Named after the British architect Regis Pigeon who designed the building, the space channels 1950s American diner meets Art Deco-marble tables, leather banquettes, patterned tile floors, and warm light. The menu is broadly European with creative cross-cultural detours: steamed mussels with frites, pork schnitzel, turmeric shrimp rice with tzatziki, and roasted carrots on macha-spiked tofu. Michelin Guide recommended since 2024. Bar Brujas, the cocktail bar next door, is its sister concept.
